RED DEVIL OF THE WEEK

October 30, 2009

Holly Brouillette
Varsity Field Hockey

Holly absolutely deserves this award. Against Winchester, Holly scored our second goal of the season. She plays with a tenacity that I don’t see in very many players. She has had some amazing shots on net!

Congratulations to the Football and Soccer Cheerleaders

At yesterday's Medford Invitational Cheerleading Competition the Football Cheerleaders placed 1st in Div. 3Soccer Cheerleaders placed 3rd in the JV division which turned out to be the toughest division with 8 teams competing.
As a side note, the soccer cheerleaders were faced with redoing their entire routine on Saturday morning due to two cheerleaders out with the flu. They did a fabulous job and I'm so proud of their 3rd place trophy out of 8 very good teams.
Both teams will be off to Middlesex league competition (football competes and soccer exhibits) on Wednesday at 6:00 at Reading High School. I hope we can encourage all football and soccer players to come out to Reading High School to support their cheerleaders.
Thank you.
