Girls Gymnastics Opens With Win Over Arlington

Last night, the Girl's gymnastics team beat Arlington 133.1 to 132.05 in their season opener. It was a close meet on bars, vault, and floor. The final score came down to the balance beam. Staying on the beam is how the girls won the meet.

The girls did a great job and are back in the gym preparing for their meet on Friday against Melrose. Some highlights of the meet: Vault Leighann Ellis scored (8.4) and Cara DiPerna (8.3).
